Stuttgart, 04 February 2019. Starting on 1 January 2019, follow red brought the experts of its former partner agency veleum, which specializes in digital communication, directly into the company as in-house experts. In terms of organisation and content, they will be anchored in the team around creative head Dr. Andrea Vossen as the “Digital Solutions” division. The Stuttgart-based experts for live communication are thus proactively acting on their own claim to increase creative and digital excellence for innovative branding experiences and to be faster and more agile. “Creative, digital elements are in the fast lane and indispensable for innovative branding experiences in our business”, explains Ulrich Roth, CEO of follow red, this strategic step. Those who want to assert themselves on the market in a forward-looking manner must be able to provide their clients with digital know-how from the same source. “In addition to technical expertise, the integration also increases agility in our process and project management,” continues Roth.

“I consider the possibilities of an even more integrated cooperation and closer, conceptual combination of creation and digital experiences to a win-win situation, from which above all the creative processes profit. Our clients can thus be advised and supported much more comprehensively”, says the new Strategy Director Digital, Carsten Wacker, and adds that by strengthening the team, UX/UI (User Experience and User Interface) Design is now also expanding the portfolio. His colleague Domenico La Rosa (31) is now head of the Design & Development team at follow red in the role of CD Digital. Amine Khiari (28) as Senior Developer will program and communicate with external service providers and be the technical contact person for the follow red project managers during the production phase.
The three new members do not only strengthen the creation at follow red. In line with industry trends, follow red wants to offer even better connected, interactive concepts in which creative digital elements play a central and more obvious role. In other words, away from digital extensions and towards integrated campaigns that combine different channels in a meaningful way. As diverse as the target groups today are, so different are their habits as well as the real and virtual environments in which they are reached. The expanded digital expertise will also enable follow red to provide more customised storytelling and content marketing for the various interest groups.
