This was also the case for the o2 stores, whose launch concept was developed by our event experts. follow red supplied everything from a single source, from the concept to the accompanying communication to the entire implementation. One goal was to increase the drive-to-store through creative networking of digital and haptic measures.

The events were also announced via social media, radio and print/OOH. In addition, influencers spread the campaigns far and wide to their target groups and the respective brands. And best of all: thanks to pre-planned customer journeys, activation elements, incentives and competitions, visitors were able to discover the new products in a playful way.
