Since January 2021, the Stuttgart-based communications experts have additionally been supporting the family-owned company in the implementation of influencer campaigns, handling and organizing these collaborations on behalf of Seeberger.</strong></p><p>The cooperation between Seeberger and follow red has expanded this year to include a new area: in addition to the holistic PR work and strategic consulting that the agency has already been doing for Seeberger since 2019, the communications professionals of follow red have also been taking over the management of the influencer collaborations for the Ulm-based family business since the beginning of the year. In doing so, follow red is responsible for the research and selection of influencers and coordinates the cooperation between them and Seeberger. &#8220;Especially in the food and FMCG sector, influencer marketing is elementary and thus an essential part of holistic brand communication. We are pleased to support Seeberger also in this area and to further expand our positive cooperation,&#8221; explains Markus Schaupp, Group Head PR at follow red.</p><p>The family-owned company already relied on cooperation with influencers at previous events, such as GeNuss-Morgen organized by follow red in September 2020. For 2021, follow red is managing several influencer campaigns to help launch new products or implement sales promotions with a wide reach and attention-grabbing social media presence. The focus is on influencers who are active in the food and lifestyle sectors and thus fit Seeberger&#8217;s brand values particularly well. Selected influencers develop individually tailored content on Seeberger products and share it on their personal social media channels via posts, stories, IGTVs and reels, or in blog articles. In doing so, the Seeberger products are presented authentically and added value is created for the community through interesting recipes and expressive images. The collaboration includes holistic support for the &#8220;Vier Giebel&#8221; real estate project, which is to be built at Eberhardstrasse 18-22 in Stuttgart&#8217;s city center.</strong></p>
<p>The modern construction project &#8220;Vier Giebel&#8221; of the LBBW Immobilien Group is to provide Stuttgart&#8217;s old town with new flair and offers innovative commercial, office and residential space for urban living and working. For successful marketing and to accompany the project in an eye-catching way, follow red implements a holistic communication concept. The focus is on content and design. As foundation of the concept, the experts at follow red first developed a catchy name and a uniform corporate design for the new inner-city property. Based on the architectural feature of the future building ensemble, the name &#8220;Vier Giebel&#8221; (Four Gables) was created. The corporate design, which picks up the colors of the materials used, ensures a harmonious, holistic communication presence with recognition value. In addition, follow red is responsible for the content creation for the newly created website and the control of the 3D visualizations of the building&#8217;s interior and exterior &#8211; both of which can be viewed at www.viergiebel.de since the marketing launch. &#8220;We are pleased to be able to accompany this innovative real estate project in Stuttgart&#8217;s city center with our many years of expertise in the areas of content and creation. <p>As the project progresses, follow red will continue to support the LBBW Immobilien Group in terms of communications, with content creation and design of marketing brochures, construction site advertising, and the production of a project film including an interview with the lead architect Jo Franzke. The focus of follow red is on B2B communication and primarily addresses potential investors and tenants for the commercial and office space of the building ensemble, which is expected to be completed in 2023. In addition, communication measures such as the design of the construction fence at the future location will also address the general public. In this way, follow red ensures holistic project communication that presents the &#8220;Vier Giebel&#8221; as an attractive and representative construction project for inner city revitalization, creating attention and thus attracting investors and tenants.</p>

<p>With the annual contract, Continental is realigning the external communication of the German market specifically on Instagram. In this context, follow red is already a well-known partner. The communications agency has already been supporting Continental for many years with strategic communications in the German market and has also been providing support with content creation for various tuning events since 2019. The expansion of the collaboration to holistic channel support followed a preliminary test phase from October 2020 to January 2021, during which follow red was responsible for realigning the previously international (EMEA) Instagram account to the German market, making it Continental&#8217;s first purely German-language Instagram channel.
