Since November 2020, the LBBW Immobilien Group, the real estate competence center within the Landesbank Baden-Württemberg Group, has been a new client of the communications agency follow red. The Stuttgart-based communications and design experts secured the account as part of a successful pitch in September 2020. The collaboration includes holistic support for the „Vier Giebel“ real estate project, which is to be built at Eberhardstrasse 18-22 in Stuttgart’s city center.
The modern construction project „Vier Giebel“ of the LBBW Immobilien Group is to provide Stuttgart’s old town with new flair and offers innovative commercial, office and residential space for urban living and working. For successful marketing and to accompany the project in an eye-catching way, follow red implements a holistic communication concept. The focus is on content and design. As foundation of the concept, the experts at follow red first developed a catchy name and a uniform corporate design for the new inner-city property. Based on the architectural feature of the future building ensemble, the name „Vier Giebel“ (Four Gables) was created. The corporate design, which picks up the colors of the materials used, ensures a harmonious, holistic communication presence with recognition value. In addition, follow red is responsible for the content creation for the newly created website and the control of the 3D visualizations of the building’s interior and exterior – both of which can be viewed at www.viergiebel.de since the marketing launch. „We are pleased to be able to accompany this innovative real estate project in Stuttgart’s city center with our many years of expertise in the areas of content and creation. As the project progresses, follow red will continue to support the LBBW Immobilien Group in terms of communications, with content creation and design of marketing brochures, construction site advertising, and the production of a project film including an interview with the lead architect Jo Franzke. The focus of follow red is on B2B communication and primarily addresses potential investors and tenants for the commercial and office space of the building ensemble, which is expected to be completed in 2023. In addition, communication measures such as the design of the construction fence at the future location will also address the general public. In this way, follow red ensures holistic project communication that presents the „Vier Giebel“ as an attractive and representative construction project for inner city revitalization, creating attention and thus attracting investors and tenants.

The client of the „Vier Giebel“ building project at Eberhardstrasse 18-22 is the LBBW Immobilien Group, Stuttgart. Jo Franzke Generalplaner GmbH, Frankfurt, is responsible for the architecture and design. The gabled buildings have six to seven stories along Eberhardstrasse and four to five stories towards Geißstrasse. The total floor area consists of 11,240 m², whereof 3,731 m² will be used for residential purposes and around 5,000 m² for offices, restaurants and retail.
