With the RED talk, the Stuttgart-based agency follow red has created its own dialogue format that brings together people, brands and impulses for the development of brand communication and corporate culture: live, openly and at eye level. At the first event, former national goalkeeper and entrepreneur Timo Hildebrand, Sami Chourbaji, founder and voice of Bromance Sports GmbH and Christian Bauer, CEO of meisterleistung GmbH, among others, spoke.
With the RED TALK, the Stuttgart-based communications agency follow red has launched its own dialogue format. On May 27, 2025, the premiere took place with customers, partners and new contacts at the agency premises in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. The aim of the RED talk is to create space for exchange, inspiration and networking for future-oriented brand experiences.
“The importance of direct exchange will never disappear, even in a digital communication world. With the RED talk, we are creating a solid framework for exactly this in our network. It is a format that examines developments in brand communication and corporate culture from different perspectives,” says Sebastian Wiese, Managing Director of follow red. “We are pleased with the great response to the first edition and are already planning the next one.”

The kick-off was entitled “High Performance Begins in the Mind” and dealt with how emotional experiences, smart HR strategies and learnings from professional sports can promote motivation, health and employee loyalty. On the podium: former national goalkeeper and entrepreneur Timo Hildebrand, Sami Chourbaji, founder and voice of Bromance Sports GmbH, Cornelia Moor, Head of New Business at follow red, and Christian Bauer, CEO of meisterleistung GmbH, which supports the format as a partner.
“follow red is active wherever brands meet people – whether in the supermarket, on the festival grounds, in the trade medium or on social media,” says Cornelia Moor. “The red TALK gives us the opportunity to openly discuss current challenges in brand and corporate communication, to exchange ideas and to take away new impulses. Together with meisterleistung, we were not only able to offer exciting content, but also show how modern employer experience can work both internally and externally.”
