Your responsibilities
Client Development & Strategic Consulting
- Independently managing and developing relationships with existing customers
- Identifying growth opportunities and actively expanding our client base
- Comprehensive strategic consulting across all social media disciplines (organic, paid, influencer, and cross-channel initiatives—online and offline)
- Developing integrated social media strategies throughout the entire customer journey
- Independent development and implementation of presentations, strategies, concepts, and creative ideas
- Building long-term, trusting customer relationships
- Guiding team members on social media projects
Operational Management & Implementation
- Planning and execution of social media and influencer campaigns (organic and paid)
- Development of content strategies as well as specific editorial and action plans
- Independent Influencer Booking (Research, Selection, Outreach, and Negotiation)
- Management and support of influencers and creators throughout the entire campaign cycle
- Creating briefings and ensuring content quality
- Management of internal teams (creative, performance, etc.) and external partners
- Community management, including professional handling of sensitive situations
- Reliable management of timelines, budgets, and resources across all projects across
- Independent management of campaigns and ongoing initiatives
- Preparing and managing quotes, as well as overseeing billing and invoicing processes
- Ensuring a consistently high level of implementation quality across all initiatives
Your Profile
- At least 4–5 years of experience in social media management at an agency (required)
- Proven experience in customer acquisition and strategic consulting
- Experience in influencer marketing, including booking and managing creators, would be desirable
- Excellent knowledge of all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Extensive expertise in paid social media (Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- A strong understanding of content, target audiences, and brand management
- Ability not only to develop strategies but also to implement them operationally
- Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong understanding of project management, budget responsibility, and economic relationships
- Experience in preparing proposals, controlling, and billing
- Excellent command of German and English
