follow red is the new PR agency of CosmosDirekt

Since 1 July 2019, follow red has been in charge of the PR and communication measures of CosmosDirekt, Germany’s leading online insurer and direct insurer of Generali in Germany. The Stuttgart PR experts secured the budget in a multi-stage pitch process. The support includes classic press work, but also creative communication measures in a multi-channel approach, which are intended to strengthen sales performance and the CosmosDirekt brand.

New communication orientation with a focus on “people”
Together with the PR experts from follow red, the insurer is realigning its communication. In close cooperation with the Corporate Communications department of Generali Deutschland AG and the Digital Sales and Brand Management department of CosmosDirekt, PR campaigns and campaigns are implemented in which the focus is even more on people in their living environment. Under the motto “365-day person”, the focus is thus on the personal side of the online insurer. In addition to consulting, annual planning and implementation, follow red’s PR team is also responsible for content extension on social media and the development of new communication formats directly at the interface with the end consumer. The aim of the new communication measures is to position CosmosDirekt as a digital life partner.
