Daimler Truck – Leadership Conference "Lead in Transformation"
The Daimler Truck Leadership Conference took place in 2024 under the motto “Lost in Transformation” – with around 500 executives in the Wagenhallen Stuttgart. Over three days of the event, a clear signal developed: “Lead in Transformation”.

The conference made strategic topics of the future not only visible, but also tangible. A stringent stage programme, interactive formats and 20 workshop areas curated in terms of content gave the participants orientation, space for exchange and well-founded insights into central transformation fields.
For this purpose, follow red developed a holistic event concept that combined content, space, dramaturgy and visual identity. In the course of the event, the starting point “Lost in Transformation” became a common attitude: “Lead in Transformation”.
In addition to the conception, organization and overall implementation, follow red was responsible for the planning, construction and coordination of all workshop areas. The complete event branding was also created in close coordination with the leitmotif in terms of content.
In this way, the transformation was consistently visible across all touchpoints – from stage and room design to workshop areas and evening events. An emotional highlight was the performance of Dundu, who gave the idea of transformation an impressive stage.
