This was also the case for the O2 stores, whose launch concept was developed by our event experts. follow red provided everything from a single source, from the concept to the accompanying communication to the entire implementation. One goal was to increase the action drive-to-store through creative networking of digital and haptic measures. To this end, the events were also announced via social media, radio and print/OOH.
In addition, influencers carried the campaigns with a wide reach to their target group and that of the respective brand. And best of all, thanks to a pre-planned customer journey, activation elements, incentives and competitions, visitors were able to discover the new products directly and playfully.
