AIDA EXPIsessions training series SOUTH 2018
In 19 days, approximately 500 participants were trained in 13 cities in southern Germany as part of the AIDA EXPIsessions. The focus was on communicating the extensive AIDA product world and the company’s own booking system, emotionalizing the brand and direct contact with the travel agents on site.
For this purpose, we invited the travel agency employees to brand-appropriate locations where they completed the AIDA sales training in a comfortable, informal atmosphere. The 30 to 50 participants enjoyed a pleasant training atmosphere that encouraged lively exchanges and good group dynamics. Culinary, regional snacks were served.
Thus, by implementing our concept, we were able to bring the participants even closer to the AIDA brand and its offers in an interactive and goal-oriented way.
