Telefónica Germany & O2

Spring, summer, autumn and winter – we already know them. At Telefónica, the clocks tick differently: music, freedom, gaming and christmas are the seasons with which the company takes its customers through the year. In collaboration with its core brand O2, Telefònica launched its already successful series of events through Germany’s six major flagship stores for the second time in 2018.
The challenge: to keep surprising the customers of the O2 Live Stores with new, innovative and networked events. Our event experts therefore developed – closely aligned with the KPIs – holistic and cross-channel communication concepts for each season. Through a guided customer journey and thematic activation modules, visitors were able to discover live the O2 products and services within the thematic framework of the respective seasons.
The result – sustainable value enhancement: clearly positive effects on brand perception and consideration!
